Absolutely kind staff and beautiful location by nature, everything was spotless. Had a new-fashioned quintuple room, which allowed us to enjoy perfect view on the garden and palm trees. It was surely a very nice stay for lovely vacation.

By and large, it was amazing base for sightseeing in Karterados, had much fun and met pretty friendly staff from front staff to restaurant and management. We truly enjoyed the queen room which was modern with big bathroom. The location in a lovely area was absolutely perfect and magnificent and there were a market and a bakery nearby. Had dinner at To Fagopoti, set 15 mins away on foot.

The hotel was set in a very central area so close to the well known baker shop `` Erotokritos '', the bakery, and the main attractions of the island and Fira's town. There were a wide range of restaurants to eat, like Kelari that was only 10 minutes' walk away. The view from twin/double room was particularly nice.
